Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD)
eni has provided comprehensive critical incident management
services for over twenty years and has developed an extensive provider
network of trained CISD professionals to meet the needs of your company.
Should an extraordinarily stressful event - such as a fatality or serious
injury, hostage situation, terrorist attack, or violence - occur at
your workplace, a CISD specialist will immediately form an action plan.
That plan may include a debriefing - a closed, confidential discussion
with those directly involved prior to, during and after a stressful
event.
eni's CISDs are designed to:
- Facilitate a return-to-normal functioning both in the workplace and in the personal lives of effected employees.
- Significantly reduce the probability of post-traumatic stress affects on mental, emotional and physical status following a "critical incident".
- Assist management in demonstrating a true concern for the well-being of personnel.
Onsite counseling is also available as follow-up to a debriefing.
