We reduce the number of long-term disability claims by aggressively treating and monitoring those on short-term disability to facilitate a return to work. An eni care manager will work with treatment providers from the first day of absence to establish an aggressive treatment plan and will closely monitor each employee's progress to allow an employee to return to work earlier than he/she would without intervention.
