eni PARTICIPATES IN TALENT MANAGEMENT SUMMIT

November 2007 - eni attended "The Best of Talent Management Summit" in San Francisco, CA from November 12th to the 14th, where eni introduced their new Talent Management program to prospective national customers.

Director of Training and Development, Gene Quidort, also participated in the summit as a conference speaker. His presentation, "The Curse of the Vanishing Employee: Employee Retention in an Age of Transition" addressed the workplace impact of employee turnover, what managers can do to improve retention, and what sources of assistance are available for employees and management. "Many progressive companies are realizing the value of an effective Talent Management program within their organization, and are seeking out new ways to retain their best employees," says eni's Director of Marketing, Emily Mancini. "We were excited to introduce our new program, which was very well-received among attendees representing large organizations."
